What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collision Estimator position at National Auto Body Shop?

What we are looking for:
- Team player who helps drive the overall performance of the center
- Responsible for selling collision repair and refinish services
- Strong sales ability and great with customers
- Develop detailed estimates of the cost of services and explain the estimates to customers
- Customer interaction / service, both over the phone and in-person
- Develop and cultivate relationships with local and national customer accounts and insurance companies
- Focus on quality
- Results driven
- Possesses good decision-making ability and sound judgment
- Commitment to continued learning
- Performs other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as needed
Background / Experience:
- Prior experience as an Estimator preferred but not required
