You will provide direct patient care in the perioperative endoscopy setting, including assessment, plan implementation, medication administration, and outcome evaluation. Explore our Endoscopy services.

Essential Duties:
- Comprehensive Care: Perform preoperative assessments in Pre-Op Holding and manage post-procedural recovery and discharge in the PACU.
- Patient Monitoring: Vigilantly monitor for changes in patient condition and execute interventions appropriately.
- Documentation: Accurately record patient status and treatment responses to keep the multidisciplinary team updated.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all practice processes remain compliant with OSHA, The Joint Commission (TJC), and the Ohio Department of Health (ODH).
- Resource Management: Advocate for patient privacy and maintain cost-effective use of clinical resources.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications via the American Heart Association.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional critical thinking, leadership, and the ability to articulate clinical data clearly.
Schedule:
- Hours: 32 hours per week (Four dayshift weekdays, Monday – Friday)
- Shifts: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Work-Life Balance: No evenings, weekends, or holidays
