Southwood Building Systems, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Site Superintendent with a strong background in water and wastewater construction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant field management experience and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site supervision and leadership throughout all phases of construction
Manage and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
Review and interpret subcontracts, purchase orders, and submittals
Coordinate work with other trades and disciplines on site
Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and OSHA regulations
Ensure quality control standards are met and construction complies with all plans and specifications
Identify and resolve conflicts or issues that arise during construction
Qualifications:
