Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring adherence to project specifications, monitoring safety compliance, and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders.
- Proven experience in construction site management, project oversight, and scheduling
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, construction plans, and technical documentation
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Expertise in safety regulations, risk management, and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interactions with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
