What are the responsibilities and job description for the Federal Work Study - Financial Aid Office Student Aide position at Southwestern Oregon Community College?
To assists the Financial Aid Office with daily administrative and customer service support. This position helps ensure efficient office operations while providing support to students, staff, and special projects as needed.
Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
Must be eligible to receive FWS based on financial need and eligibility requirements determined by FAFSA.

Office and Administrative Support (100% of time)
- Provide front office support, including greeting students and assisting with basic inquiries.
- Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents.
- Support data entry and maintenance of records.
- Assist with mail processing and document tracking.
- Help with special projects and general office tasks as assigned.
Performs Other Duties and Special Projects as Required/Assigned
- Maintain confidential information associated with all aspects of human resources office.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain work area in a clean and orderly way.
