What are the responsibilities and job description for the Federal Work Study - Facilities Helper (Custodial, Grounds, Maintenance) position at Southwestern Oregon Community College?
Assist in cleaning common areas, apartments, rooms, and exterior of buildings in student housing complex.
Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
Must be eligible to receive FWS based on financial need and eligibility requirements determined by FAFSA.

Clean Lighthouse Depot offices, laundry room, bathrooms, and television/game room. Clean other laundry rooms, computer lab, and study lounge. Sweep and clean stairwells in all buildings. Maintain trash detail around housing complex. Clean and prepare rooms and apartments as necessary for residents. Move furniture and perform setups as needed for programs. Perform lawn and gardening functions as needed.
Must be current degree-seeking student enrolled in at least 6 credits.Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
