- AutoCAD Civil 3D (essential)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
- Civil engineering design & drafting (site development, sewer, water, roads, grading)
- AutoCAD Land Desktop (preferred)
Basic Requirements:
- Knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices
- Able to work and think independently
- Able to problem solve and make sound independent decisions
- Possess a strong work ethic, be energetic, dedicated and enjoy working outside
- Be detail oriented and organized
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have high school diploma or GED (college education/degree preferred)
- Able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
- Have a flexible schedule and able to work early/late and on weekends, as needed
- Have a desire to establish oneself and develop long-term growth
