Digital Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our growing team. The Digital Sales Rep will be responsible for engaging customers through online platforms, managing digital sales channels, and maximizing revenue through digital sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales through various digital platforms (e-commerce websites, social media, email marketing, etc.)
- Identify and target new leads through online channels and maintain existing client relationships
- Provide accurate product information and tailored solutions to customers based on their needs
- Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales performance and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective digital campaigns and promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to recommend improvements
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with B2B or B2C digital sales
- Knowledge of specific digital sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Salesforce)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
