Branch ManagerSan Diego, CA, US Southwest Mobile Storage Inc. is looking for a Branch Manager for our San Diego, CA location. The Branch Manager will oversee Yard Operations, Transportation/Dispatch Operations, and Sales Operations for the San Diego branch. As our Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operations. Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the San Diego sales personnel, including managing and training inside and outside salespeople to SMS standards, delegating tasks related to their daily sales activities, overseeing quotes, and collaborating with other SMS Branch and Sales Managers to develop successful sales strategies.Follow all current SMS sales policies and procedures, as well as any future additions.Set sales goals and other KPIs.Manage Sales personnel usage of company provided Sales Tools (Dodge/Blue Book, HubSpot and RMI).Adhere to both monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for review by upper management.Become involved with Construction related events to build our network of customers.Oversee all Operations management including instituting proper Dispatch and Transportation procedures.Interface with Yard Lead, Dispatch and Sales personnel to ensure successful growth and daily output.Required Qualification:Bachelor’s degree Business Management or a related field OR 5 years’ experience in container or construction equipment sales and rental business management.Sound business acumen with demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to make quick business decisions.Intermediate knowledge in MS Office Suite, including Excel.Strong analytical skills, organization, and accuracy with the ability to multi-task while remaining organized.Ability to communicate clearly: verbal and written.Valid driver’s license.Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and state specific safety regulations preferred.Benefits:Usage of company car Company phone, laptop, and business expense reimbursement accountImmediate PTO eligibility Paid holidays offMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k)Health Savings AccountJob Type: Full-time, Onsite Main Office Location: 10325 Roselle St, San Diego, CA 92121Who We Are:Southwest Mobile Storage is a family-owned shipping container business founded in 1995.
