Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer physical therapy interventions in accordance with prescribed protocols and best practices
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, techniques, and home care strategies
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and patient care principles
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: hospital settings, geriatrics, acute care, pediatrics, or orthopedics
- Proficiency in trigger point therapy preferred
