Servers at Tin Lizzy’s Cantina are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service. Servers are the face of our brand—creating a fun, energetic atmosphere while ensuring accuracy, speed, and hospitality in every interaction, Friends Serving Friends!
Greet guests promptly and enthusiastically
- Guide guests through the menu, including food, beverages, and daily specials
- Accurately take and enter food and drink orders using the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back, anticipating needs, and resolving concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized section, including pre-bussing and resetting tables
- Follow all cash handling, tip reporting, and payment procedures
- Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in opening, running, and closing side work as assigned
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain one (per Georgia law)
