Overview
At Tin Lizzy’s Taco Americana, we serve up refreshing margaritas, fresh flavors, and good vibes. Our Hosts and Hostesses are the first smiling faces guests see when they walk through our doors. We are looking for upbeat, friendly, and organized individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
Manage the waitlist and seating chart to ensure smooth guest flow.
Communicate accurate wait times and ensure guest comfort while waiting.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance area.
Work closely with servers and managers to support an efficient and positive dining experience.
Answer phones, take to-go orders, and provide general restaurant information.
Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and uphold Tin Lizzy’s guest service standards at all times.
Qualifications
Previous host/hostess experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, warm, and upbeat personality.
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
