What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests with genuine southern hospitality and create a memorable first impression
- Manage reservations and seating flow using OpenTable
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure seamless dining experiences
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting entrance area
- Support the management team in delivering exceptional guest service every shift
- Friendly, confident, and composed under pressure
- A natural communicator with a passion for hospitality
- Detail-oriented and professional in appearance and demeanor
- Experienced with reservations or host systems (preferred but not required)
- Available to work evenings and weekends
