Job Overview
The Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) announces an examination process to create an eligibility list to fill one (1) vacancy for the classification of Clinical Staff Physician in the Federally Qualified Health Center Division. The eligibility list may be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification for up to four (4) months.
We participate in the following HRSA Loan Repayment Programs: National Health Service Corp and the Bureau of Health Workforce.
This position will work a 4/10 schedule.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Training:
Two years providing Primary Care services preferred
Ability to care for patients of all ages preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
FQHC Experience Preferred
Certified or Board Eligible preferred

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Training:
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
- Two (2) two of clinical experience with both adults and children.
- Nevada licensure as a physician.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid Nevada driver's license.
- Board Certification in adult medical care and/or pediatric care.
- Be responsible for securing all required CMEs and other educational and professional training, along with maintaining for licensing body, all copies and required documentation.
