What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time- Recruiting and Onboarding Assistant position at Southern Mountain Adventures LLC?
This position is located at our headquarters in Marietta, GA.
The hourly rates posted are the maximum rates for the position.
This is a Part- time position. (less than 30 hours per week)
Typical Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday 10 am to 3 pm
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Support the day-to-day administrative needs of the Human Resources Department.

Efficiently and effectively support the day-to-day administrative needs of the Human Resources
Effectively and efficiently communicate with team members, Managers and HR Director
Maintain privacy and security standards regarding team member and/or company sensitive information

Primary responsibilities including but not limited to:
Onboarding
Assist with Scheduling drug screens, background checks as needed.
Assist with Personnel files
Gather and distribute uniforms and new hire packages to newly hired team members. This includes taking packages to UPS and making sure they are sent in a timely manner.
Manage DOT cards, issue and return etc..
Maintain Team member photo gallery onboarding and offboarding
Create DISC Frames
Verify and maintain I-9 files
Offboarding
Create separation notices and termination of service letters as needed.
Benefits and Team Member services
Prepare Birthday and work anniversary cards for mailing
Assist with Benefits enrollments
General Administrative
General Filing
Maintain Uniform inventory sheet
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary function satisfactorily. Language Skills :Superb written and verbal communication skills.Time Management: Strong time management and multitasking skills
Reasoning Ability: able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Education Requirements: 2 years of experience in a professional office environment
Driving Requirements Must have reliable transportation, a clean MVR and be eligible to be insured on MMS Liability insurance. Must have the ability to travel to various locations possibly out of state if needed.

The ability to work in a high stress environment and the ability to work under tight deadlines
