We’re seeking a Restaurant Manager who leads from the floor, takes ownership of the guest experience, and builds strong, high-performing teams. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment and brings a high standard of service.
About the RoleAs Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the dining room—leading service, developing your team, and ensuring every guest experience reflects excellence.
This role is ideal for professionals from fine dining, upscale casual, or high-volume restaurants who are ready to lead with confidence and elevate standards.
Compensation- $55,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)

Lead the Guest Experience
- Set the tone for hospitality and service on every shift
- Ensure guests feel welcomed and valued
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain a strong presence on the dining room floor
Build & Develop a Strong Team
- Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Provide real-time feedback and performance guidance
- Foster a culture of accountability and professionalism
- Support hiring, training, and development
Drive Operations & Standards
- Oversee daily operations from open to close
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and service standards are met
- Manage scheduling, labor, and shift execution
- Proactively identify and solve operational issues
- 2–5 years of restaurant management experience
- Fine dining or high-service experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Consistently strong guest satisfaction and repeat business
- Smooth, efficient service during peak hours
- A well-trained, motivated, and accountable team
- High standards maintained across all shifts
