Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, providing help as needed.
• Process payments using the cash register, handling cash transactions accurately.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong math skills for handling cash register transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices is advantageous.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
