Duties/Responsibilities
- Backup to the Warehouse Manager
- Order prioritization
- Workforce management to avoid bottlenecks.
- Partners with the QC and Shipping Lead
- Maintains production metrics for daily and weekly reports.
- Pulling, packing, and shipping orders.
- Use of RF Handheld Equipment
- Assists with inventory control and preventing shrinkage.
- Helping maintain the organization of the warehouse.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere that strengthens the team
- Load and unload freight in a safe and efficient manner
- Learn warehouse products.
- Complete other duties as assigned by warehouse leads or Management staff
- Conducting physical inventory and adjusting discrepancies
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues.
- Other duties are assigned by leadership.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-3 years’ experience working in a warehouse preferred.
