Requirements:
- Lead and manage a joint commission approved long-term care and short-term rehabilitation / sub-acute care nursing center.
- Develop, direct, monitor, and support all staff and functional areas (operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, and customer service) and will manage all fiscal activities and reports.
- Grow the centers' presence and facilitate positive change!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Health Services or related field required, or meets minimum credit hours required by the state to become licensed by the state board.
- Active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator's licensure (LNHA) in the state of practice required.
- One (1 ) years healthcare facility administrator or AIT experience required.
- Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer. Must be able to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software

Qualifications:
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
- Has valid Administrator’s license issued by the State’s governing Board
- Meets minimum education requirements of the State.
- Prefer one to three (1-3) years experience as a healthcare facility administrator.
- Proficient in the use of personal computer.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct reports to this position typically include the following: Director of Nursing, Medical Director, and other facility department heads.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENT
May be required to respond to critical issues on a 24/7 basis. Working in normal office environment, employee may be required to sit, bend, stoop, use keyboard, see, talk and hear. May occasionally lift objects of 10 to 25 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
