Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals following menus and standardized recipes
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and proper temperatures
- Follow therapeutic and modified diet requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Assist with food prep, tray line, and service as needed
- Follow all food safety and infection control procedures
- Previous cooking or foodservice experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and production sheets
- Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance
- No late-night shifts (healthcare environment)
- Consistent, stable scheduling
