Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and organized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medical Team Administrator to oversee our healthcare services at the Scottsboro City Jail. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN looking for a flexible leadership role while continuing to make a meaningful impact.
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day operation of the medical unit, ensure quality patient care, maintain compliance with company policies and correctional healthcare standards, coordinate with facility staff, oversee documentation and medication management, and serve as the primary nursing leader for the site. This is an independent leadership position with no direct reports, allowing you to focus on delivering quality healthcare and maintaining smooth clinical operations.
Qualifications:Qualifications
✅ Current Alabama LPN license in good standing
✅ Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
✅ Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills
✅ Previous correctional healthcare or leadership experience is preferred but not required
✅ Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with facility personnel
✅ Excellent communication and documentation skills
