We're seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our overnight team at the Walworth County Jail. This position may also be filled by a Registered Nurse (RN). Whether you're an experienced correctional nurse or looking for a new challenge, you'll find a supportive team, strong leadership, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact every shift.

What You'll Do 🩺

As a member of our healthcare team, you will:

✨ Deliver compassionate, patient centered nursing care
✨ Administer medications and treatments as ordered
✨ Complete nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
✨ Respond to medical concerns and emergencies with confidence and professionalism
✨ Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation
✨ Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to ensure safe, quality patient care
✨ Promote continuity of care while maintaining compliance with clinical standards and policies

Qualifications

Required

✔ Active Wisconsin LPN or RN license
✔ Current CPR certification
✔ Strong communication and critical thinking skills
✔ Ability to work independently while prioritizing patient needs
