Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our overnight healthcare team at the Cleveland County Detention Center.

What You'll Do 💙

As part of our medical team, you will:

✨ Provide direct patient care, nursing assessments, and medication administration
✨ Respond to urgent medical concerns and evaluate patients during sick call
✨ Monitor patients with chronic illnesses and changing medical conditions
✨ Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
✨ Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals and correctional staff to deliver safe, effective care
✨ Follow established clinical protocols while helping maintain a safe, secure healthcare environment

Qualifications

Required

✔ Active North Carolina LPN or RN license
✔ Current CPR certification
✔ Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
✔ Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
