Qualifications:Qualifications
✔ Must be currently listed and in good standing on the North Carolina Medication Aide Registry
✔ Previous experience as a Medication Aide, CMA, or in a healthcare setting preferred
✔ Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication administration safety
✔ Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow established healthcare procedures
✔ Effective communication and teamwork skills
✔ Ability to obtain and maintain facility security clearance
What You'll Do
✅ Administer medications under nursing supervision
✅ Follow the Five Rights of Medication Administration
✅ Assist with patient observations and vital signs as needed
✅ Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation
✅ Support safe, consistent patient care in a secure healthcare setting
✅ Work collaboratively with nursing staff and healthcare providers
