Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team at the Henderson County Jail.

What You'll Do β¨
β’ Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and nursing assessments
β’ Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the Registered Nurse or Provider
β’ Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
β’ Respond confidently to urgent and emergent healthcare needs
β’ Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel
β’ Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while following established clinical protocols
Qualifications:What We're Looking For π―
β’ Active, unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas
β’ Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
β’ Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare team
β’ Excellent critical thinking and organizational abilities
β’ Correctional nursing experience is welcomed but not required. We provide comprehensive training for nurses new to correctional healthcare.
