Medical Records Clerk – Full-Time Days
Location: Claiborne County Jail – Tennessee
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Qualifications:What You'll Do
- Maintain, organize, and manage confidential patient medical records
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with healthcare policies
- Scan, file, retrieve, and update electronic and paper medical records
- Assist with medical record requests, audits, and transfers
- Support nursing and medical staff with administrative documentation needs
- Protect patient privacy by maintaining strict HIPAA and confidentiality standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Medical records, healthcare administration, or office experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers, electronic medical records, and data entry systems
- Professional communication skills and discretion with confidential information
- Dependable, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player
