Southern Health Partners is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our correctional healthcare team. You'll play an important role in helping patients receive safe, timely, and compassionate care while working in a structured environment with a supportive medical team.

And with two consistent 8 hour shifts each week, you can enjoy the stability of a set schedule without committing to full time hours.

🌟 What You'll Do

As a Certified Medication Aide, you'll help keep patient care running smoothly by:

• 💊 Administering medications according to established protocols and provider orders
• 📝 Accurately documenting medications, treatments, and patient information
• 👀 Monitoring patients and communicating changes or concerns to nursing staff
• 🤝 Working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals
• 🔐 Maintaining a safe, secure, and professional healthcare environment
• 💙 Treating every patient with dignity, respect, and compassion

✅ What You'll Need

• Current registration on the North Carolina Medication Aide Registry
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while being a dependable member of the healthcare team
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional standards
• Correctional healthcare experience is welcome, but not required
