Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team with reliable transportation. We work in various areas but the primary local is Pensacola and Perdido Key, sometimes even Navarre . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. It is essential to have reliable transportation and ability to see imperfections to ensure everything is clean.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
