Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily lawn maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilization
- Lead landscaping projects such as planting, mulching, pruning, and enhancement projects
- Ensure all crew members adhere to safety protocols and proper equipment usage during outdoor work
- Provide guidance and training to team members on horticulture best practices and maintenance techniques
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality standards and ensure timely project completion
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture roles with a focus on lawn maintenance management
- Supervising or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of horticulture practices
- Ability to critical think through situations to determine best path forward
- Ability to manage a route while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills for supervising team members and coordinating with clients
