Bulk Merchandiser

Job Summary

The Bulk Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that beverage products are properly stocked, displayed, and maintained in retail locations. This role involves organizing shelves, rotating products, maintaining inventory levels, and creating visually appealing displays to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties

• Stock and organize beverage products on shelves, coolers, and displays according to Southern Eagle's standards.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and compliance with code dates.
• Communicate with store account managers and sales account managers to maximize market share and product promotions.
• Assist with building quality and attractive product displays
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas and storage provided by accounts.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overstock issues.
  
  

Required Skills/Abilities

• Above average math and counting skills.
• Outgoing personality, ability to build strong relationships with accounts.
• Team oriented with the discipline to be a self-starter.
  
  

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience In sales or the desire to work in sales preferred.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Must be in good physical condition with strong motor skills.
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively and frequently.
• Stand, lift, twist, bend, kneel, push, pull, and move for 8 to 10 hours.
