Coordinator, Curriculum and Degree Progression

Southeastern Louisiana University's Office of the Registrar invites applications for the position of Coordinator of Curriculum and Degree Progression. This position reports to the Assistant Registrar for Curriculum and Degree Progression and plays a critical role in the Office of the Registrar by managing systems, records, and pathways that lead to successful student program completion. The position is responsible for conducting degree audits, maintaining Workday progress reports, processing curriculum updates, and ensuring compliance of academic policies. The ideal candidate will combine high attention to detail and strong cross-departmental communication skills. The Coordinator assists with commencement and end-of-semester processes under the supervision of the Assistant Registrar and Registrar.

Must possess a valid Louisiana driver's license and the ability to complete the Southeastern Driver Safety Course.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university by hire date.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Able to understand FERPA regulations and academic records confidentiality standards.
Exceptional organizational skills, data entry precision, problem solving abilities, and a collaborative professional attitude.
Willingness to learn and master technical systems.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS
Proficiency with Student Information Systems such as Banner, Peoplesoft, or Workday.
Experience in a higher education setting preferred.
Must be committed to working with diverse populations.
