Join Our Team as an Assistant Clinical Director of Community Support services!
Are you a passionate and dedicated clinician looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders? Southeastern Directions for Life is seeking a dynamic Assistant Clinical Director to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide leadership and support to our team of clinicians and direct service providers, working together to improve the overall health and wellbeing of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight for staff members delivering community support services
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure high quality care and effectiveness
- Participate in staff development and training to promote a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to advocate for the needs of our clients
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mental Health Professional in the state of South Dakota (CSW,LPC)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use disorders
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for serving underserved populations and promoting mental health awareness
