Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients under the supervision of a licensed counselor.
- Assist with developing treatment plans and goals for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in case conferences and staff meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.
- Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- Enrollment in a Master's degree program in Counseling, Social Work or a related field - must be in the final year of the program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and theories.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
