Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Research and analyze market data, referral patterns, and competitor trends to identify opportunities. Engage potential clients through strategic, relationship-based sales activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage strong, ongoing relationships with key commercial accounts. Negotiate and communicate effectively to enhance retention and drive profitability.
- Sales Execution: Implement and execute commercial sales plans that align with company growth objectives. Leverage a consultative approach to secure new business and strengthen referral networks.
- Stewardship & Accountability: Monitor performance data to ensure client satisfaction, profitability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to support successful project delivery and service alignment.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial sales strategies and relational selling
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in project management and CRM tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a disciplined and structured approach to sales
