Job Description:

- Provide direct care and support to clients/patients, including monitoring daily activities and responding to crises
- Facilitate group education and structured activities, promoting client engagement and participation
- Assist in the admission/orientation process, including obtaining vital signs and collecting necessary lab specimens
- Provide transportation support for clients/patients as required
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure medication compliance and adherence to program policies
- High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of responsible employment
- Prefer experience in Human Services or a related field, but will consider skilled individuals without prior experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of confidentiality laws governing the treatment of substance use and mental health disorders
- Basic math skills and ability to navigate electronic medical records
- Ability to establish rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to crises as needed
- Ability to lift, carry, and push objects as required by the job duties
- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
