Part Time Administrative Office Assistant for Small Non-Profit Agency
SEKRS welcomes resumes for the position of part-time administrative assistant. This position will serve as assistant to the program coordinator and will work 10-20 hours per week.
Job duties include:
30% Data entry using Excel and Quickbooks.
30% Contact applicants, referrals, staff members and service providers to gather required documentation and assure compliancy to regulations.
30% Filing agency documentation for representative payee and respite programs.
10% Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in business or related field, or High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated organizational ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills- written, oral, and, interpersonal.
Minimum of one year of experience working in an office environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to be bonded.
