What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader of SUD Services position at Southeast Healthcare?
We are seeking an independently licensed clinician to serve as the Team Leader of SUD Services for our new Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program in our Delaware office. This leadership role provides clinical oversight, ensures compliance with state and regulatory requirements, supports and supervises staff, and may provide direct client services. The Team Leader plays a critical role in program development, daily operations, service quality, and client outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight of daily SUD program operations and services

Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards

Provide clinical supervision and guidance to SUD staff

Oversee intake, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and discharge processes

Deliver direct clinical services as needed

Support program development, implementation, and quality improvement initiatives

Monitor documentation, outcomes, and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- LISW/PCC required.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance use disorder treatment
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
