We are seeking a part-time or full-time Adult & Child Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and consultation services for children, adolescents, and/or adults, depending on specialty. This role collaborates closely with primary care providers, therapists, case managers, and other professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with behavioral health clinicians and primary care teams for integrated care.
- Provide consultation to medical staff and participate in case reviews.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board-certified in Psychiatry.
- Current and unrestricted medical license in Ohio.
- DEA registration (including buprenorphine waiver preferred).
- Experience working in community mental health, primary care, or underserved populations is strongly preferred.
