Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Social Security Disability and SSI applications
- Gather, organize, and submit required medical and financial documentation
- Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and government agencies
- Monitor claim status and maintain accurate case records
- Educate clients on eligibility requirements and available community resources
- Support clients through appeals and follow-up processes as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable regulations
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in case management, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
