Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals facing mental health challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapies in individual private practice settings. The therapist will work collaboratively with clients to support their mental health needs while adhering to ethical and legal standards. *We are looking for someone who treats children and adolescents in addition to adults.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Provide direct therapy services, including individual counseling and collaborative care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Counseling techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LISW, LPCC, IMFT, PsyD).
- Experience in private practice settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with coding for mental health services is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment with psychiatry providers.

Pay: $89,782.00 - $97,564.00 per year
