Summary
The part-time Student & Kids Operations Associate will help support our Student and Kids Ministry at the Beechmont Center. This role is perfect for someone who loves both logistics and people — someone who thrives behind the scenes but also enjoys building relationships with families, volunteers, and the neighborhood.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Prepare and support weekly Kids and Student environments.
- Organize supplies, curriculum, and classroom spaces.
- Welcome and follow up with new families.
- Schedule and support volunteers.
- Assist with events, camps, and special programs.
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and administrative systems.
- Help create engaging, inviting spaces for children and students.
- Support communication with parents, volunteers, and leaders.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- A flexible, team-oriented attitude.
- Comfort managing details and systems (Planning Center, scheduling, forms, etc.).
- A heart for ministry and passion for kids, students, and families.
- Willingness to be engaged in the local community.
- Ability to adapt as programs grow and evolve.
- Teaching or leading opportunities may be available based on gifting and interest.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
