Scheduled Hours/days: 2-3 hours/day 5-6 days/week.
Qualifications: Candidate will have competed or coached the sport or activity at the High School or college level. Candidates will also complete all Northfield and MSHSL professional development requirements. Head Coaches must have or be able to obtain a Head Coaching License or appropriate certification.
Stipend: $4,990 plus Years of Experience Pay if applicable - Subject to change upon the settlement of the 25-27 NEA Agreement.
Compensation/Benefits/Perks: Position does not qualify for benefits

Primary Objective: To assist the head coach in the selection, instruction, training, and conditioning of all athletes/teams assigned to him/her by the head coach. Northfield Schools, the Principal, and Athletics/Activities Director place an expectation not only on the skills, abilities, and commitments of its coaches but also on their integrity and collective common sense in performing their duties.
