Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed effectively and integrated seamlessly into the organization.
- Manage employee evaluation and performance management processes, supporting managers with goal setting, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation claims, and other employee benefits administration tasks.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations such as FMLA, OSHA standards, and HR legal requirements by implementing policies and conducting regular audits.
- Support HR systems (like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors) for data entry, reporting, and analytics to inform strategic workforce planning.
- Handle confidential information with integrity while fostering open communication channels across departments to promote a positive employee relations environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment & labor law, regulatory compliance management, and HR legal standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in human capital management software such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or similar platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel for data analysis is essential.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and handle sensitive situations tactfully.
- Knowledge of recruiting strategies using ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Lever; experience with social media management for talent sourcing is a plus.
- Ability to manage benefits administration processes including payroll processing via systems like Kronos or Paylocity.
- Organizational skills necessary for personnel administration tasks such as data collection, contract management, and record keeping in compliance with company policies.

Pay: $25.87 - $31.16 per hour
