Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Beverage and Food Servers to join our "BRAND NEW REMODELED BAR AND SUMMER PATIO" team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving AND making beverages, serving food in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to food safety, ensuring that all drinks are prepared and served in accordance with health regulations. Up Selling menu items and cocktails. Position requires bartending experience.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take beverage and foid orders promptly.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and dining area.
- Assist with bussing tables to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of drinks alongside food orders.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or a culinary environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
