Overview
We are seeking an experienced In-House Roofing Project Manager / Estimator with a strong background in the roofing industry. This role focuses on preparing roofing quotes, following up on jobs, coordinating materials, and supporting projects from approval through completion. The ideal candidate understands roofing systems, pricing, and job flow and can manage multiple projects efficiently from the office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate roofing quotes and estimates for residential and/or commercial projects
- Review scopes of work, measurements, and material requirements
- Follow up on quotes, approved jobs, and project timelines
- Order roofing materials and coordinate deliveries
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Track job progress, documentation, and project status
- Assist with scheduling crews and coordinating start dates
- Handle job updates, changes, and internal coordination
- Ensure projects stay within scope and budget
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
