Description:
CK Roofing Inc. is seeking a driven, experienced Roofing Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for estimating roofing projects (residential & commercial), coordinating jobs, communicating with clients, and overseeing quality on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct roof inspections using drones and ladders
- Prepare accurate roofing estimates and material takeoffs
- Coordinate crews, materials, and scheduling
- Visit job sites and oversee progress
- Respond to leads, meet with clients, and close deals
- Represent the company professionally in the field and community
Requirements:
- 5 years in construction / home improvement
- 1 year in roofing estimating or sales
- Knowledge of TPO, shingles, tile, modified bitumen systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
- 10% of net project profit
