We’re looking for a high-level electrician who can step beyond the field and take ownership of projects — from job walk → estimate → execution.

What You’ll Do
Field Technical
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial electrical systems
• Diagnose issues with power, controls, and equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and service work
Estimating
- Review plans, specs, and job walks
- Perform material takeoffs and labor estimates
- Assist with proposals and pricing
Project Management
- Coordinate labor, materials, and scheduling
- Communicate with clients and internal team
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Experience or interest in estimating and project coordination
- Strong communication and leadership mindset
Nice to Have (Bonus)
- Experience with PLC / VFD / automation systems
- Experience running jobs or leading crews
- Experience with bidding or pricing work
