Responsibilities of a Sales Assistant
- Engage clients in in-person conversations to understand their needs and recommend AT&T products and services.
- Deliver outstanding support by walking clients through sales processes and ensuring clarity every step of the way.
- Sales Assistants represent AT&T with professionalism during all in-person meetings, presentations, and client consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, sales, and follow-ups to ensure excellent support and long-term satisfaction.
- Sales Assistants work with team members to hit sales targets while keeping client experience the top priority.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, answering questions and resolving issues in-person to build trust.
- Stay updated on AT&T promotions and product updates to deliver the best possible solutions to clients.
- Sales Assistants drive sales performance by combining strong product knowledge with client-focused support.
Qualifications to become a Sales Assistant
- Bilingual ability is a mandatory requirement for this job.
- Prior sales or client support experience preferred, especially with AT&T or in telecom industries.
