What You’ll Do as a Management Associate (AT&T)
- Represent AT&T professionally during all in-person customer interactions
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the best AT&T products and services
- Drive sales performance through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Support customers throughout the sales process to ensure a positive experience from start to finish
- Assist with account management, customer follow-ups, and resolving questions or concerns
- Work closely with team members and leadership to achieve sales goals and company targets
- Stay informed on AT&T promotions, wireless products, and service offerings
- Develop leadership, communication, and sales management skills in a hands-on environment

- Candidates must have bilingual proficiency to qualify.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or telecommunications is a plus
