SCB Development Associates, a sales and development firm in Camarillo, is seeking an Entry-Level Management Associate to build the enrollment process in the local region and ensure that outreach practices are accurate to the market. The Entry Level Management Associate will learn to support in-person sales operations, mentor the sales team, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality while meeting sales goals.
As an Entry Level Management Associate, you will be working closely with our Office Management team to gain understanding of client protocols and expectations to assist in your role. You'll start with leadership and sales assistance that prepares you to oversee Frontier internet and TV campaigns from the ground up. The Entry Level Management Associate also explains the why behind every coaching point, and their professional standards ensure that sales activities remain ethical and customer-focused.
Role Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Associate
- Assist with growing Frontier's customer base by introducing Internet and TV solutions through in-person sales interactions
- Recommend Frontier Internet and TV packages that align with customers' home connectivity, streaming, and entertainment preferences
- Participate in leadership development through mentorship to strengthen skills in leadership, sales, and client relationship management
- Support management with daily sales tasks, customer acquisition initiatives, and performance-driven business goals
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding prospective customers through Frontier service selections and enrollments.
- Build foundational sales and management experience through hands-on participation in sales campaigns and customer service initiatives
